The HEARTS manual is awesome, and the pre-workshop case studies was a good way to challenge our current practice/understanding and to provide the opportunity to have questions for the instructors.
Allowing each learner the opportunity to go through an entire case was nice, as it allowed everyone with the opportunity to be more engaged, and for those listening to learn from them as well.
